The digital gift card is perfect for showing appreciation to your loved ones. You can choose the amount to load onto the card, personalise the design and dedication, and even schedule the delivery to the recipient.

You can gift any of our train + leisure products to your loved ones. You will be able to configure the product as you wish, add a personal dedication, and even schedule the delivery of the gift to the recipient.
The gift card is prepaid credit to spend at ociotour.es
It has no expiry date and can be used in a single purchase or across multiple purchases. The balance can be used to buy any product on the website, with the exception of purchasing another gift card.
The gift card is virtual and delivered in PDF format.
How does it work?
The gift card is prepaid credit to spend at ociotour.es, where you can purchase Train + Hotel, Train + Leisure, Train + Hotel + Leisure, Hotel + Leisure, and leisure activity packages.
It has no expiry date and can be used in a single purchase or across multiple purchases. The balance can be used for any product of the type described above, with the exception of purchasing another gift card.
The gift card is virtual and delivered in PDF format.
Can I schedule the delivery?
Yes, you can choose a specific date for the recipient to receive the documentation, allowing you to plan your purchase in advance.
Alternatively, if you prefer to hand over the gift yourself, you can choose to receive the documentation exclusively.
When can it be used?
Once the recipient has the card, they can use it whenever they wish.
They will need to visit ociotour.es and browse for the product(s) they want to purchase. When reaching the checkout, the recipient can choose to pay with gift card from the available payment options. Entering the card number will automatically deduct the amount from their gift card balance.
If the card still has remaining balance, it can be used on a future purchase by repeating the same process.
Can I request a balance refund?
No, the balance cannot be refunded — it can only be spent on products at ociotour.es.
Can I return the gift card?
No. Once the documentation with the card number has been sent, returns and exchanges for other products are not possible. However, there is no need to worry — your gift card balance never expires, so you can spend it whenever you like.
What documentation does the recipient receive? And the buyer?
The gift recipient may or may not receive an email with the product, depending on the configuration chosen by the buyer.
If you choose to send the documentation to the recipient automatically, they will receive a letter showing the available balance, the buyer's name or nickname, a personalised message or dedication written by you, and the card design chosen to match the occasion. They will also receive instructions on how to use the balance.
In all cases, the buyer will receive a copy of the same voucher along with a receipt for the completed purchase.
How can I pay for my purchase?
You can pay using any of the methods available on the website, except with a gift card: Renfe Points, credit card, or PayPal. Mixed payments combining any of these options are also accepted.
Does the gift card earn Renfe Points?
No, it is the only exception on the entire website that does not earn Renfe Points. However, when the recipient uses the card as a payment method, they will be able to earn Renfe Points on their purchase.
You will need to select any product from the website to give as a gift. You will have to configure the product according to your preferences, choosing dates, times, product types, the amount you wish to spend, etc., just as if you were purchasing it for yourself.
If you would prefer the recipient to choose the configuration, we recommend opting for a gift card instead.
Who receives the documentation?
Once you have selected the product and proceed to the payment screen, the option "I want to gift this purchase" will appear. Once you tick the box, the website will ask for the recipient's details, your name as the sender, a personal dedication, and optionally a date to schedule the email delivery of the documentation.
The recipient will receive a personalised gift voucher along with the voucher for the gifted products.
You will also receive the same documentation as the recipient, plus a purchase receipt showing the amount paid.
When can it be used?
The product is enjoyed on the dates and times you specified at the time of purchase. The provided documentation will include instructions on how to use each gifted product.
Can I make a change or request a return?
Before completing the purchase, the order summary screen will display the specific change and return conditions applicable to the product you have chosen to gift.
